Leadership Team

Jarter Fang is the CEO of CIeNET and Head of China, leading the company’s customer-facing teams, including sales & marketing, account & customer relationship management and engineering teams in Mainland China.

Jarter has over a decade of leadership experience in strategic business development and account management. He started his career with CIeNET in 2005 as the Assistant to General Manager and gradually worked his way to Vice President of Sales and Marketing before being promoted to his current role in 2014. Under his leadership, CIeNET’s business in China has grown rapidly and includes the successful contract signings of Ericsson, Qualcomm, and Nokia to name a few. Since 2014, Jarter has also led the Engineering and Mobile Device Testing Center teams to develop the latest connected technology and innovative solution services.
